Father, today I pray for marriages all across this world. I pray that husbands will love You above all else, and that they will love and treasure their wives, second only to you. I pray that wives will joyfully embrace their roles and serve their husbands and their households out of love and reverence for You and for them. I pray that couples can find a way to invest in their relationship with you and with each other, keeping that a priority always. I pray that they give each other strength when the other is weak, comfort when the other is scared or saddened, and LOVE always. Help them to walk side by side, holding each other accountable, and sharing the joys and sorrows of this life together. And may they seek You first and foremost, in ALL things. Amen.
